Tour Overview
We will take you on a half-day tour of Nairobi National Park. This capital city’s zoo shelters some of the Big 5, smaller animals, and birds.
Nairobi National Park
Nairobi National Park is a special zoo because it is the only one of its kind in Kenya. You can go to Nairobi National Park soon after landing in Kenya or after finishing your nationwide tours.
Nairobi National Park, which is on the Nairobi outskirts, is 117 square kilometers big. That makes it the smallest wildlife park in Kenya. Its nick-name is the Kifaru Park. Nairobi National Park got this name from the fact that it has many black rhinos.
The main park’s entrance, Langata Road Gate, is seven kilometers from the central business district. Our tour guide will enter Nairobi National Park via this entrance. Four of the Big Five live here: buffalo, leopard, black rhino, and lion. Nairobi National Park is also home to 400 bird species.
